So I have made some furry leg warmers because they are adorable!!  However, some of the fur was mildly stiff backed, and I found it to not be aesthetically pleasing as some of the softer ones I had....I've been looking online recently to purchase more because the only fabric store access I have is limited, as is their selection....most of the nicer looking furs however were around twenty or so a yard!  Whoa!  I was hoping someone might have a direction to point me in to find something a little cheaper?  I try to make things that are still affordable because it's all an out of pocket expense at this point in my life, and if I splurge on that, I feel like I am going to have to charge way more than I would like to even turn a profit....suggestions would be awesome!!!!  Also - I was curious about how to tell which would be a softer fur and/or backing?  I generally get to touch before I buy, so I Was not sure if there was something specific I should be looking for?
