What type of pencil (or whatever it is) do you need in order to draw the black lines like the one in the pic above?

I'm currently a student for make up artistry and for lines like that I would use liquid eyeliner or a cake eye shadow mixed with water :)

I fell in love with this crazy lip art. the third one down in the first column is really rad too. the cheetah print are the only ones i have tried so far.

I really wanted to do rhinestones on my lips for Halloween but wasn't sure how to adhere them? I considered sticky lip gloss but figured they would fall off once it started to dry out and that there would be no way for me to re apply once the stones were on. Does anyone have any suggestions/advice on how to accomplish that look?
